Nordic social infrastructure real estate firm Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget I Norden (SBB) is selling 23 properties worth SEK1.35bn (€126m) to Swedish rental housing landlord Gladsheim Fastigheter.
SBB said 74% of the 86,000sqm portfolio consists of 74% living space with the rest as commercial space.
Oscar Lekander, SBB’s deputy CEO and COO, said the disposal is in line with the firm’s ongoing plan to sell properties to “further strengthen the company’s balance sheet”.
Earlier this week, SBB also announced it is selling the Gasugnen 24 residential building in Örebro to Husherren for SEK400m.
