Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget I Norden (SBB) is selling the Gasugnen 24 residential building in Sweden for SEK400m (€37m).
The Nordic social infrastructure property company said it has agreed to sell the 10,543sqm property in Örebro to Husherren.
Oscar Lekander, SBB’s deputy CEO and COO said: “We have had challenges in achieving sufficient management volume in residential properties in Örebro and our main priority now is strengthened credit ratios. It also feels important that the buyer is a professional and long-term local property manager.”
Lekander said the disposal price is in line with the book value.
