Ridgewood Infrastructure has acquired US cold storage firm Valley Cold Storage & Transportation for an unspecified sum.
Valley Cold is a provider of temperature-controlled warehousing and logistics solutions, offering a full range of services to the food, agricultural, retail and pharmaceutical industries.
Ross Posner, managing partner at Ridgewood Infrastructure, said: “This acquisition is in line with our strategy to invest in key infrastructure that supports critical supply chains.
