Belgian real estate manager Revive has teamed up with developer Mome to develop a €140m residential project in Portugal.
Revive Fund Management’s Revive Impact Fund has acquired land in Porto’s Amial district for the residential development of more than 400 homes, specifically targeting local families and residents.
The project is currently in the planning and design phase, with construction expected to commence in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to necessary approvals.
Nicolas Bearelle, executive chairman at Revive, said: ”Our partnership with Mome reflects a shared vision to address the real and growing need for quality housing options for Portuguese households.
“This project is designed to deliver not just units, but a well-integrated, sustainable, and inclusive community.”
Francisco Rocha Antunes, executive chairman at Mome, said: ”We are proud to collaborate with Revive in delivering a residential solution that addresses housing needs in a meaningful way.
