Redevco’s European retail parks fund has added a 50,000sqm asset in Spain to its portfolio.

The Redevco European Retail Parks (RERP) fund has acquired the WAY Retail Park in Dos Hermanas, Seville, marking its fifth asset in Spain and making it one of RERP’s largest markets.

No financial details were disclosed.

Opened in 2020, WAY Retail Park has a diversified tenant mix anchored by national and international retailers, including Leroy Merlin, Lefties, Decathlon and Kiabi.

The asset combines a primary destination in a growing catchment, a high-quality tenant mix anchored by leading retailers and strong sustainability credentials.
