Real IS has acquired the AERA office complex in Germany’s capital for two of its funds.

The real estate investment manager has invested an unspecified amount to acquire the 12,000-plus sqm asset in Berlin from developer Bauwens.

The AERA complex is situated in the Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf borough also offers underground parking with 36 parking spaces.

Maximilian Kube, the global head of investment management with responsibility for Germany, Austria and the German-speaking part of Switzerland at Real IS Group, said: “The ultra-modern and highly prestigious new office building features a particularly high quality of user experience and excellent facilities, while boasting the very latest new work designs.
