The UK arm of construction and real estate consulting firm Drees & Sommer has acquired RSP Consulting Engineers for an undisclosed sum.
RSP, established in 1987, operates within the financial institutions, hospitality, data centres and life sciences sectors.
RSP’s services, which include building services design, energy optimisation and infrastructure, enable Drees & Sommer to offer interdisciplinary services within the UK.
Drees & Sommer said RSP will maintain its operations as RSP Consulting Engineers - Part of Drees & Sommer, with the existing management team, and will undergo a rebrand to Drees & Sommer at a later date.
