OG Clean Fuels, a portfolio company of sustainable infrastructure investment firm Pioneer Point Partners, has acquired Proviridis, an operator of clean fuels filling stations for heavy road transport in France.
The deal marks the entry into the French market for OG Clean Fuels, which, since its founding in 2008, has evolved into Europe’s leading provider of exclusively clean fuels for road transport operators.
The acquisition of Proviridis adds 19 multi-fuel stations located along transport corridors and industrial areas such as Paris, Dourges, Lyon and Marseille to OG’s portfolio.
Financial details were undisclosed.
OG now operates across 375 filling stations in the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Sweden and France, offering Bio-CNG, Bio-LNG, hydrogen, HVO100 and electric vehicle charging.
Pioneer Point Partners, which acquired OG in March this year, announced at the time that its investment is intended to enable OG to invest over €150m in the next five years.
