Pan-European real estate private equity manager PineBridge Benson Elliot (PBBE) has raised €500m for its sixth fund.
The manager said the capital raised for Benson Elliot Real Estate Partners VI gives the fund an expected €1.25bn in investment firepower with the use of leverage.

Including Fund VI, PBBE has raised over €4bn across its fund series in over two decades.
