PGIM Real Estate has acquired the Diana & Vesta office property in Amsterdam for an undisclosed sum.

The $69.2bn (€60.05m) real estate manager said it acquired the 24,428sqm office asset on behalf of one of its European core-plus funds.

Diana & Vesta is in the Plaza Arena office development, located in the northern part of Amsterdam-Southeast.

Dominik Brambring, the head of transactions for Germany and the Netherlands, said: “The acquisition of Diana & Vesta is an ideal opportunity for our investors to capitalize on the strength of the Dutch economy, its continued employment growth and Amsterdam’s tightening office supply in a location that is experiencing significant improvement and redevelopment.”
