TH Real Estate – The real estate arm of Nuveen has hired Melissa Reagen as head of research for the Americas, based in New York City. She joins from MetLife Investment Management where she was head of real estate and agricultural research.

QIC – The Australia-based investment manager has hired Leonie Wilkinson and Reza Basharzad as part of an ongoing expansion of its US real estate platform. Both join the global clients and marketing team, in Sydney and Los Angeles, respectively, and will initially focus on product development and fundraising for QIC’s US real estate platform. Wilkinson was recruited from LaSalle Investment Management, where she was head of the client capital group, Australia and New Zealand. Basharzad joins from Paladin Realty Partners, where he was a senior vice president.

Corpus Sireo – Ingo Hartlief is leaving the company after seven years. Hartlief is deputy spokesperson of the management board and chief operating officer of Corpus Sireo, as well CEO of Swiss Life KVG, the new German institutional business set up last year. In the intermim, Hartlief’s duties will be performed by the executive committee.

Hamilton Lane – The US alternative investment manager has hired James Martin to run its newly opened Australian office. Martin, who has joined as a principal, will provide support for clients in the region and lead business development efforts across Australia and New Zealand. He was previously as Partners Group.

Tunstall Real Estate Asset Management – The newly formed pan-European investment manager has appointed Tom Tunley as vice president and Zhongnan Huang as associate. Tunley joins from Mount Street Loan Solutions and will be responsible for sourcing, deal execution and underwriting for all European debt investments. Huang joins from Grosvenor where he was a senior analyst. He will assist the wider Tunstall team in the origination, underwriting, execution, asset management and exit of deals across a variety of strategies and sectors.

CBRE – Kai Mende has joined CBRE’s Berlin branch as managing director in the capital markets team after 20 years with JLL, where he was most recently head of EMEA fund advisory in Frankfurt and London.
