European Public Real Estate Association, IPD, MSCI, Lowe Enterprise Investors, Immofinanz

European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA) – Laurent Ternisien, who led the integration of Investment Property Databank (IPD) into MSCI following its takeover in 2012, has joined the European Public Real Estate Association as a senior adviser. Meanwhile, co-founder Rupert Nabarro has retired as a senior MSCI adviser. Ternisien, formerly managing director of real estate at MSCI, will work on EPRA’s investor outreach activities in Continental Europe. MSCI has recently seen several staff depart, including IPD co-founder Alexandre Lamot, executive director and head of client coverage for Continental Europe since 2014. Davide Manstretta, head of portfolio and risk analysis, has also left after 12 years, as has executive director Phil Tily, who left last July after 24 years. Mark Weedon, vice-president and head of alternative UK real estate, has left after 10 years. 

Lowe Enterprises InvestorsAlon Kraft and John Gaghan have been named senior vice-presidents. Kraft, based in Los Angeles, joined Lowe Enterprises in 1997 and is responsible for asset and portfolio management for commercial and multifamily investment properties. Gaghan, based in Philadelphia, is responsible for new investments in eastern and southern US.

ImmofinanzTill Diekmann has been appointed manager of operations in Germany. Diekmann has worked for DIC Asset in Frankfurt and Harpen Immobilien in Dortmund.
