First Property Group, Patrizia Immobilien, Redevco, Hahn Group, AXA Investment Managers–Real Assets, Niam

First Property Group — Alasdair Findlay-Shirras has been appointed as a senior adviser at First Property Group, where his main role will be raise capital for investment in Poland. He was most recently senior adviser at Patrizia Immobilien and previously a partner at international placement agent First Avenue Partners.

Redevco — Lars Heese is taking over as managing director of Redevco Germany in August, replacing Arnd Leinemann who left in February. It will be the second time Heese has worked at Redevco, having first joined the firm as senior portfolio manager in 2000. From there, he moved to Hahn Group in 2007, as managing director of Hahn Asset Management, becoming managing director of Hahn Fonds Invest in 2010.

AXA Investment Managers–Real Assets — Nehla Krir has been appointed global head of sustainability, reporting to Nathalie Charles, regional head of asset management and transactions for southern Europe. Krir will be responsible for raising the sustainability profile of the company. She recently became chairman of the European Sustainability Council at Urban Land Institute. Krir has worked at AXA IM–RA since December 2014 as sustainability manager.

Niam — Fredrik Jonsson is being promoted to become the new chief executive next month. He is currently CIO. Jonsson will take over from Johan Bergman, who will take on the job of chairman.
