MSCI, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, Union Investment, TLG Immobilien
MSCI – Will Robson has joined MSCI as global head of real estate applied research. Robson joins from Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), where he was a senior research analyst in the sovereign wealth fund’s global real estate research group. Before joining ADIA, he worked as a research economist for M&G Real Estate. MSCI said he will be responsible for providing insight into the challenges of institutional investors worldwide whose portfolios include private and publicly traded real estate.
Union Investment Real Estate – Philip La Pierre will take on responsibility for international office investment across the Americas and Asia-Pacific. The manager’s European investment activity, which La Pierre has been in charge of since 2013, will now be headed up by Martin Schellein. The department for investment management will be split into two regional investment units, Europe and overseas, with additional units for retail and hospitality.
TLG Immobilien – Frank Masuhr has been appointed to the supervisory board, taking over from Alexander Heße who stepped down from his position. Berlin-based Masuhr has occupied managerial and executive positions in companies including the Krantz TKT Group, ALBA Group and Dussmann & Co.
