Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investments) – Neil Cunningham, head of global real estate and natural resources, has been appointed president and CEO, replacing André Bourbonnais. After serving three years as president and CEO, Bourbonnais will join BlackRock later this year to lead a new initiative within BlackRock Alternative Investors.

Columbia Threadneedle Investments Don Jordison, managing director of Threadneedle Property Investments, is retiring in May after 24 years at the company. Property finance and commercial director John Willcock is to take over.

LaSalle Investment Management – Joe Munoz is to take over LaSalle’s US value-add Income & Growth Funds. Jim Hutchinson, founder and current president of the series, will continue to oversee the existing seven funds – including LaSalle Income & Growth Fund VII – but Munoz will take over as president and CIO for all future funds. Munoz has been with the Income & Growth Funds team since 2007, serving as an investment officer for the three most recent funds.

Brookfield Center for Real Estate & Infrastructure – Jim Clayton has left Barings Real Estate Advisers to join the newly established Brookfield Centre in Real Estate & Infrastructure at the Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto. Clayton, who was head of investment strategy and analytics at Barings’ real estate arm, has joined as a professor will help lead and establish the centre.

JLL –  Philip Charls, the former CEO of the European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA), has been appointed as senior adviser. He will advise on interactions with listed European real estate companies.

Cushman & Wakefield – Eric van Dyck has left Redevco to become chair of the EMEA capital markets business. He was formerly CIO at Redevco.

Thor Urbana – Gustavo Quesada has been appointed project director. Quesada will be responsible for the development of Thor Urbana’s luxury mixed-use and hotel real estate projects in Mexico and Belize. He was previously real estate and hotel development manager at Senergo Development GroupEnrique Moran has been appointed marketing director. He was the marketing and communications director for McDonald’s in Central America. Architect Bruno de los Reyes has been named development associate and Vicente Matute has been appointed investment analyst. Ian Esturau Cedillo and Alejandra Castro have both been appointed leasing analysts. Tanya Galvan Vega will become marketing associate; Carlos Alberto Rangel and David Zapata have been appointed junior project managers.
