Knight Frank, JLL, PFA, Multi Corporation, Gowling WLG, Pinsent Masons, Centuria Capital, Lineage Logistics, Lendlease

PFAMichael Bruhn, head of real estate at Denmark’s PFA – and director of its property subsidiary PFA Ejendomme – is leaving after more than 10 years at the pension provider. In a post on LinkedIn, Bruhn said: “I have been professionally active for more than 45 years and think the time is right to retire a little and see what else life has to offer.” He said he was not leaving PFA completely, as he would continue in the role of senior adviser to PFA’s group management. PFA said it had now started a process “in relation to the future organisation of the real estate area”.

Lendlease – Andrea Ruckstuhl, head of Italy and Continental Europe, has been appointed CEO of Europe. Ruckstuhl joined the company in 2005. He has more than 25 years of real estate experience, including more than 18 years with Lendlease.

Centuria CapitalNick Hunt has joined the group as its new general manager for Western Australia. Hunt has held similar positions with family offices and listed real estate peers such as 151 Property and Charter Hall. He will report to Centuria’s joint CEO, Jason Huljich, while working closely with Centuria’s head of portfolio and asset management, Victor Georos. Following Hunt’s appointment, Centuria’s retail specialist, Bruce McCully, will focus on growing the group’s large-format retail and daily needs retail platforms throughout Australia. Previously, McCully held dual roles as head of retail and WA general manager.

Lineage LogisticsBrooke Miller has been appointed APAC president. Miller will oversee the company’s operations across the region, including in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Sri Lanka and Vietnam. She will report to Jeff Rivera, Lineage’s global COO. Most recently, Miller led the Asia-Pacific region of Castrol, a subsidiary of BP. Prior to this, she was Castrol’s VP of retail, sales & marketing. Miller also served as CFO for BP Australia, New Zealand and China.

Knight Frank – The property consultant has appointed Alon Brahm to join the management team in Berlin as managing director. Brahm previously worked for JLL for six years in various positions, most recently as team leader, residential investment, in Berlin and in London. At Knight Frank Berlin, Brahm will be responsible for large-volume transactions in the capital markets division and the management of the company in cooperation with Hanns-Joachim Fredrich, managing partner, Knight Frank Berlin and Mike Bowden, Europe managing director.

Multi Corporation – The European retail management and development company has appointed Andrea Boris Hipeco as the European head of leasing. Hipeco will also take on the leasing director role for Multi’s newly established French division. Hipeco joins Multi from Immofinanz, where he held the position of country manager, responsible for expanding and managing the real estate portfolio in Italy. Prior to that, he worked as a senior innovation manager at Unibail-Rodamco Westfield. Hipeco has also worked as international leasing manager at Neinver. Before joining Neinver, he was a leasing manager at Sonae Sierra.

Gowling WLGWolfram Paetzold has joined the international law firm as partner in the Frankfurt office to lead the firm’s real estate offering across Germany. Paetzold joins the firm from Pinsent Masons where he led the German real estate practice. Prior to this he was a partner at Linklaters and Poellath.
