Pantheon – Janice Ince has been appointed principal to Pantheon’s global infrastructure and real assets investment team. Ince will focus on North American investment opportunity sourcing, evaluation and execution. She joins from SteelRiver Infrastructure Partners where she was a principal focusing on North American core infrastructure investments.
Knight Frank – The property consultancy has appointed Janet Franklin as a partner and Mary Elizabeth Rankin as marketing and community director. Franklin will lead the firm’s mandate with the Mercers Livery Company, whose property portfolio is focused on the Covent Garden area of the West End and the City of London. She joins from Avison Young, where she was a director. Rankin will be the marketing director for the Pollen Estate portfolio. She joins from the Chicago Loop Alliance. Prior to this, she worked in communications for the Portman Estate and Heart of London BID.
Cushman & Wakefield – Paul Durkin has been appointed to lead the real estate services firm’s UK retail team. Durkin joins from Asda, where he was senior director of strategy. Prior to joining Asda, Durkin held senior strategy positions at multinational brewing and beverage company SABMiller, Wm Morrison Supermarkets and management consultancy firm McKinsey & Company.
Unico Properties – Lori Hill has been named senior vice president of investor management. Hill is a member of Unico’s senior leadership team focused on the formation of equity investment programs, programmatic ventures, and management of investor relationships, and oversees Unico’s corporate marketing and research initiatives. She serves as Unico’s chief investor liaison and contact. Hill joins Unico from JLL where she was a managing director in the capital markets group in Seattle. Prior to her years in JLL, she was previously a principal with real estate services company Pacific Real Estate Partners and before that a vice-president with Cushman & Wakefield.
Cording Real Estate Group – Paul Waggott has been promoted to head of UK fund financial control with responsibility for the day-to-day financial management of Cording’s UK residential and commercial funds. Adam Crickmore has been promoted to fund manager with responsibility for Cording’s UK commercial funds. Waggott joined Cording in August 2018 as fund financial controller. He was previously a commercial finance manager at Landsec. Crickmore joined Cording in June 2016 as an asset manager. He was previously an asset manager at Square Metre Properties and, before, that, a commercial asset manager at Savills.
BF.capital – Jan von Graffen has been appointed managing director as the company plans to launch a new real estate debt fund. Before joining BF.capital, he was the head of annuities/cash at the Alte Leipziger – Hallesche Group. He also worked for Continentale Versicherungsverbund and Süddeutsche Krankenversicherung, where he spent more than eleven years, predominantly in management positions.
Addington Capital – The investment and asset management specialist has appointed Fred Verity as an asset manager to join its residential asset management team. Verity joins Addington from JLL where he has worked in the firm’s residential advisory business, in its affordable housing team since 2016. Prior to that, he worked in JLL’s residential capital markets team.
