JLL – Former IBM executive Sanjay Rishi has joined JLL’s Americas corporate solutions business as CEO. John Forrest, who has held a dual role of global and Americas CEO for corporate solutions since 2014, will now fully focus on the global CEO position for corporate solutions. At IBM, Rishi established and led the company’s global cloud consulting services organisation. Prior to joining IBM, Rishi was CIO and group vice president for information technology and strategic planning for Johnson Controls Automotive.
Grosvenor Group – The property company has appointed Robert Davis as its new group finance director, from June next year. Davis will succeed Nick Scarles who earlier this year was announced as the new CFO of the Grosvenor Estate. Currently the CFO of Grosvenor Europe, Davis joined Grosvenor in 2006 as finance director for Grosvenor fund management. He became CFO in 2011. Prior to joining Grosvenor, Davis worked with General Motors where he fulfilled a number of roles within the finance function. Sebastien Hyest, Grosvenor Europe’s managing director for finance, will succeed Davis as Grosvenor Europe’s CFO. With previous experience at Total in Paris and Brussels, Hyest joined Grosvenor in 2001, spending three years with Grosvenor Americas finance vice president, before moving to London in 2011 as operations director for Grosvenor fund management.
Dr. Peters Group – Albert Ganyushin has been appointed to head up the newly opened UK office in London office. Ganyushin is head of capital markets and has been with the alternative investment manager since 2017. As part of his role he oversees Dr. Peters’ relationships with international investors and advisers. He also leads and coordinates Dr. Peters’ activities in providing its specialists real asset capabilities to international investors across all asset classes.
CBRE Hana – Robert Cartwright has been appointed chief operating officer. Cartwright is a former Starwood Hotels & Resorts executive. He’ll have overall responsibility for global operations of all Hana locations, including build efforts, personnel management and hospitality service. Cartwright spent 20 years at Starwood. He also held executive roles within operations and development. Cartwright also previously served as senior vice president of global operations
Link Asset Services – The company has appointed Rik Douwes managing director for its loan-servicing business in the Netherlands. Prior to joining Link, Douwes set up and ran Inadmin, a pension administration business for APG. He was also previously a managing director at Bouwfonds Hypotheken.
Cromwell Property Group – Diego Roux has been appointed head of acquisitions and disposals in France. Roux previously worked in the acquisitions and disposals team at PGIM Real Estate in France.
Instone Real Estate Group – Foruhar Madjlessi has been appointed to succeed Oliver Schmitt as CFO. Schmitt is steppingg down at the ned of the year after eight years with Instone and one of its predecessor companies, Formart. Madjlessi is a business engineer and will join Instone from Deutsche Bank, where he served as managing director, responsible for ECM in the Germany, Austria and Switzerland region. His previous roles include various positions at Merrill Lynch in Frankfurt, London and New York.
Coyote Software – The real estate software company has appointed Johnnie Sims to its board. Sims joined Coyote a year ago as head of client services from M7 Real Estate where he was fund manager for five years.
