Foresight Group — Duncan Symonds has been appointed as partner and global head of real assets, where he will lead the firm’s international real assets business and join the executive committee. Symonds joins from IFM Investors, where he played a key role in shaping global strategy for a multi-billion-pound infrastructure equity portfolio, and previously held leadership roles on major projects including Crossrail. With extensive experience in value-creation initiatives, he also spent several years serving as a non-executive investment director for entities such as Anglian Water Services and M6toll, where he established a track record in governance and long-term asset development. In his new role, he will support Foresight Group’s target of expanding its real assets platform across the UK, Europe and Australia.

MetLife Investment ManagementAndrea Drasites has been appointed as global head of real estate and agricultural finance, effective 1 October 2026, where she will lead the firm’s commercial mortgage, equity real estate and agricultural investment portfolios. Drasites joins from Blackstone, where she served as senior managing director in the real estate group, and previously held senior roles at Equity One. With over 13 years of experience at Blackstone, she also spent several years at Woolbright Development, where she established a track record in real estate leadership and investment strategy. In her new role, she will support MetLife Investment Management’s target of accelerating growth and scaling global capabilities following the firm’s acquisition of PineBridge Investments.

AmbroseDina Randall has been appointed as senior executive assistant, where she will support the firm’s founder and CEO. Randall joins from Strategic Capital Partners, where she served as vice president of HR, IT, marketing, and office management, and previously held roles at Duke Realty. With over 20 years of experience, she established a track record in administrative precision and expertise across the commercial real estate industry. In her new role, she will support Ambrose’s target of ensuring consistent value for partners and investors as the firm scales its industrial and logistics platform. Nate Eckert has been appointed as financial analyst, where he will be responsible for financial modeling, underwriting, and market research for acquisitions and development. Eckert joins from Extra Space Storage, where he served as an investment analyst. With specialised experience in building models for acquisitions and dispositions, he established a track record in asset management analytics. In his new role, he will support Ambrose’s target of driving performance through institutional expertise in the modern industrial and e-commerce real estate sectors.

TR Property Investment TrustGraham Kitchen has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, effective 1 May, as part of the Trust’s board succession planning. Kitchen joins from AVI Global Trust, where he serves as chairman, and previously held the role of global head of equities at Janus Henderson Investors. With more than three decades of experience, he also spent several years at Invesco Asset Management and Threadneedle Investments, where he established a track record in senior investment positions across public markets. In his new role, he will support TR Property Investment Trust’s target of providing diversified property exposure as the investment environment for listed real estate evolves. Hannah Philp has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, effective 1 October, where she will bring expertise in governance and shareholder engagement. Philp joins from ARC Club, where she serves as executive director, and previously held the role of non-executive director at The Bankers Investment Trust. With extensive experience in manager oversight and communications, she also spent several years at Witan Investment Trust, where she established a track record in senior investment trust roles. In her new role, she will support TR Property Investment Trust’s target of maintaining a diverse skill set to serve its growing shareholder base.

Turner & TownsendTim White has been appointed as regional managing director for Africa following the firm’s acquisition of Johannesburg-headquartered consultancy Profica, where he will lead the integrated team and drive growth across the continent. White joins from Profica, where he served as CEO and founder, and previously established a track record in the management and delivery of high-profile property and civil engineering projects across Sub-Saharan Africa. With over 21 years of regional expertise, he also spent several years building Profica‘s presence in 19 cities across 16 countries. In his new role, he will support Turner & Townsend’s target of providing a full asset lifecycle offering and expanding capabilities in data centres, healthcare and development consulting throughout Africa.

Kajima PartnershipsChris Jones has been appointed as investment director, where he will focus on originating and delivering mixed-use development and social infrastructure opportunities. Jones joins from Arcadis, where he served as a director and advised on development strategy and joint venture structuring, and previously held the role of leader for the financial business plan at Related Argent. With over 20 years of experience, he also spent several years at Related Argent. In his new role, he will support Kajima Partnerships‘s target of unlocking investment and accelerating delivery across residential, health, and education markets as the firm seeks to strengthen communities through integrated assets.

Knight FrankDamien Clarke has been appointed as UK head of business rates, where he will oversee the delivery of cross-sector advice to occupiers and owners. Clarke joins from Colliers, where he served as a senior advisor, and previously held various leadership roles in business rates consultancy. In his new role, he will support Knight Frank’s target of developing a market-leading business rates service. Keith Cooney has been appointed as chairman of business rates, where he will oversee client relations and share technical expertise across the business. Cooney transitions from his previous role as head of business rates at Knight Frank, and previously held senior positions within the firm’s rating department. With extensive experience in the sector, he also spent many years at Knight Frank, where he established a reputation for navigating complex rating environments. In his new role, he will support Knight Frank’s target of expanding its specialist advisory platform alongside the new leadership team. Ross Haywood has been appointed as partner for the UK business rates team, where he will oversee the growth of the regional business across the Northern Hub. Haywood joins from JLL, where he served as a director, and previously held the role of rating specialist at JLL. In his new role, he will support Knight Frank’s target of scaling its regional presence and responding to increased demand for specialist advice. Paul Davinson has been appointed as partner for the UK business rates team, where he will oversee the development of the firm’s regional rating business. Davinson joins from JLL, where he served as a director, and previously held various roles within the valuation and rating sectors at JLL. In his new role, he will support Knight Frank’s target of accelerating the growth of its commercial consultancy services.
