CBRE Global Investors – Philip Dunne, a former president for Europe at Prologis, is to become head of logistics for EMEA, overseeing a €7.7bn logistics and industrial portfolio. Dunne was president of Prologis Europe from 2008 until 2015.
Patrizia Immobilien – Johannes Haug has been appointed head of European real estate development. In this newly created pan-European role, Haug will be responsible for executing a build-to-core strategy through building up a development platform capable of delivering a range of development assets. Haug joins on 19 June. Haug joins from real estate firm Pembroke where he was global head of acquisitions for 11 years. Before joining Pembroke, Haug was managing director and a member of the board of management of Deka Immobilien in Germany.
BMO Real Estate Partners – Alexandre Akrap has been appointed European logistics manager. As part of his duties, Akrap will be tasked with portfolio and asset management, focusing on the logistics sector as well as sourcing on and off-market logistics investments for pan-European strategies. He will be based in Paris. Akrap joins from CBRE Global Investors, where he held the position of asset manager for European logistics and office funds for seven years.
Delin Capital Asset Management – Jeff Pym has joined the pan-European logistics real estate group as chief financial officer. Based in London, Pym will responsible for all aspects of the company’s financial operations, including the debt programme and the tax structuring of its investment and development vehicles, while also supporting any future equity raising programmes. Pym joins from Tritax Management where he became CFO in 2015. Prior to that, he was the finance director for Squarestone, a multi-sector investment and development private real estate fund manager.
