People moves: Clark joins Mayfair Capital; Threestones hires Rosenbaum MD

Mayfair Capital Investment Management – The Swiss Life-owned UK property fund manager has appointed Florence Clark as investment associate. Clark will be primarily responsible for assisting with the investment activities across all of the funds. She joins from JLL where she worked as a senior surveyor within the capital markets team.

Target Fund Managers – The external manager to Target Healthcare REIT has appointed David Gyte as asset management director. Gyte will support the management of Target Healthcare REIT’s existing investments. He will oversee the portfolio’s performance and seek out opportunities to strengthen the portfolio by working in partnership with tenants. Gyte joins from PwC where he spent more than ten years. Most recently he worked as a senior manager within the firm’s transaction services valuations team.

Morrison & Foerster – Oliver s’Jacob has joined the law firm’s real estate practice in London as partner. He was previously chair of the European private equity real Estate practice at Reed Smith.

Cushman & Wakefield – Kristoffer Sandberg and Nils Eriksson have joined the real estate services firm’s capital markets team in Sweden. Sandberg has been employed as a project manager in the Swedish capital markets team. He joins from Vincero Real Estate where he was a transaction manager. Before that, he was at CBRE capital markets in Sweden. Eriksson has been employed as an analyst. Eriksson previously worked at CBRE Global Investors.

Threestones Capital – The Luxembourg-based private equity real estate investment manager has appointed Ralf Rosenbaum as a managing director. Rosenbaum will lead team in Luxembourg with a focus on ensuring the company is prepared for its plan to expand its portfolio of real estate assets across Europe. Rosenbaum joins from real estate manager Patrizia, where he was a managing director and board member. Prior joining Patrizia in 2015, he spent two decades in the broader fund management sectors, including BlackRock, MunichRe, State Street and Alceda.

Avignon Capital – The European property investment and asset management firm has appointed Paul Findlay as investment consultant. Findlay will work with the investment team to source real estate opportunities in Europe. Findlay recently held senior management positions at private investor and asset management companies. Prior to this, he spent 15 years working as a fund manager and investment director at Aberdeen Standard Investments.

Glenhawk – The specialist property lender has appointed Amy Wareham as junior underwriter. She will be responsible for supporting the underwriting team, expediting the enquiry to completion process. Wareham’s previous roles include bridging case manager at LendInvest, client relationship manager at SPF Private Clients and sales support at Coreco Group.

JLL – Iwona Chojnowska-Haponik and Rafał Szajewski have joined JLL’s EMEA business and location consulting team. In their new roles, Chojnowska-Haponik and Szajewski will help clients optimise their location strategies across the EMEA region, navigate through regulatory changes, and secure the appropriate funding support. Prior to joining JLL, Chojnowska-Haponik spent 12 years at the Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency. Both Iwona and Rafał will be based in Warsaw.
