CBRE Global Investors – Robbie Epsom has been appointed EMEA head of ESG, a newly created position that expands a growing ESG team led by Aleksandra Njagulj, global head of ESG. Epsom was most recently at WSP, where he specialised in sustainability strategy and reporting as an associate director within the sustainability advisory services arm of the business.

ABG Real Estate Group – Piotr Bienkowski has joined the management of ABG Real Estate Holding and has become co-shareholder of ABG Capital, the newly established investment division. Bienkowski joins from BNP Paribas Real Estate Germany where he was CEO for the past eight years.

Cromwell Property Group – Gijs Vissers has been appointed head of investment management Benelux, based in Cromwell’s Amsterdam office. Vissers was previously associate director in the office capital markets team at Cushman & Wakefield.

Valor Real Estate Partners – Victor Massias, who joined the European logistics platform as principal in 2016, has been promoted to the new role of head of developments as part of plans to increase development activities. In November, Valor launched €1bn joint venture with Canadian institutional investor QuadReal.

Big Society Capital – Lisa Hilder, director of Hull Women’s Network, is to join the impact investor’s investment committee, replacing Fiona Ellis. Hilder has partnered with Social and Sustainable Capital to design the Social and Sustainable Housing fund and, as director and trustee for Preston Road Women’s Centre, has worked with Big Society Capital, Resonance and Patron Capital to shape the Women in Safe Homes fund, launched in December.

Primonial Group – Benedetta Della Porta has been appointed real estate asset manager in Milan and will be in charge of managing real estate investments in Italy. She was previously business development manager at FARE where she created and managed a partnership with Tikehau Capital.

Pangea Property Partners – The Nordic real estate adviser has launched Pangea Project Finance and hired a team from DNB Markets, led by Arnstein Rød.

Delancey – The UK real estate investment and development company has hired Zeynep Fetvaci as head of business development and investor relations. She joins from JLL where she was a managing director and co-head of its global funds advisory team for EMEA.

Palace Capital – The London-listed real estate company has appointed Chris Petrie as an asset manager. He joins from Maybrook Properties.

Glenhawk – The UK real estate lender has promoted Damani Johnson to chief operating officer and Nick Hilton as managing director. Johnson was previously head of compliance and Hilton was director of lending.

CBRE – The global real estate advisor has hired Jorgen Arnesen as a senior director to lead real estate investment banking in the Nordic capital markets team. Arnsesen was most recently an independent advisor to family offices and real estate firms.
