Patron Capital and Mindston Capital have acquired the Nailloux Outlet Village shopping centre in France for an unspecified sum.
The Nailloux Outlet Village, a 25,000sqm retail destination featuring 72 shops, is located just 20 minutes from Toulouse.
Formerly owned by French real estate investment trust Klépierre, the centre’s operational management will continue to be overseen by Advantail, its long-standing operator.
The new owners of Nailloux Outlet Village said they expect to launch a major transformation programme this year, focusing on modernising the environment and enhancing the customer experience.
