Global fund manager Partners Group and Warsaw-based REINO Partners have jointly acquired a portfolio of office properties in Poland for more than €200m.

The 11 class-A buildings in Kraków and Wrocław have a total leasable area of 125,000sqm and were sold by BUMA Group.

Two of the buildings are under construction.

The portfolio will be managed jointly by Partners Group and REINO Partners.

Law firm Goodwin advised Partners Group on the indirect acquisition.

“The acquisition of the BUMA portfolio is aligned with our strategy of acquiring cash-flowing assets, let to good quality tenants in geographies with strong economic fundamentals,” said Marco Denari, member of management for private real estate Europe at Partners Group.

“We have conviction towards the Polish residential, office and logistics markets and we plan to further build up our presence in this region, targeting cash-flowing portfolios with short to medium-term value-add potential.”
