Real estate manager Paref Gestion has bought an asset in Poland on behalf of the SCPI Interpierre Europe Centrale fund.
Paref said it invested €8m on behalf of the fund to buy Bolero 2, a 3,700sqm asset located in the southwest of Warsaw.
The Bolero 2 asset – which comprises laboratory, office, meeting, and well-being spaces – has been leased to UL International Poland until 2030.
Sophie Bourguignon, fund and investment director at Paref Gestion, said the acquisition will enable Interpierre Europe Centrale to continue its growth and the investment of its funds.
After increasing its distribution rate to 5.37% in 2022, the SCPI is off to a promising start in 2023 with this fifth acquisition in Poland, Bourguignon added.
