Niam has agreed to sell the 112,000sqm Barnarps Kråkebo 1:49 property in Jönköping leased to Swedish electrical retailer Elgiganten.

The Barnarps Kråkebo property is adjacent to the newly built logistics facility that Catena completed for the same tenant in 2024.

Catena, said following the acquisition it will own and manage over 200,000sqm of logistics space, with Elgiganten as the tenant in the Torsvik industrial area.

Jonas Arvidsson, regional manager west at Catena, said: “We are very proud that our outstanding collaboration with Elgiganten is now being further strengthened.

“Expanding alongside a high-quality facility situated in an optimal logistics location, in partnership with a reliable and established tenant with whom we already have a close working relationship, aligns perfectly with our strategic objectives.”

Henrik Gerdin, fund manager at Niam, said: “We are pleased to be able to hand over this modern and well-managed property to a professional player like Catena. We wish them every success in their continued collaboration with Elgiganten.”
