Ng Chiang Ling has joined Hines as Asia chief investment officer from M&G Real Estate.
Hines said Ng, who was M&G Real Estate’s Asia CEO and CIO has been hired to further expand the international real estate firm’s reach across the Asia Pacific region “where Hines is looking to significantly elevate its real estate footprint and investor outreach”.
As part of her new role, she will sit on the Hines executive and investment committees and will be based in Hines’ Singapore office.

Prior to joining M&G Real Estate, Ng worked in the real estate private equity division of Goldman Sachs.
Since opening its first office in China in 1996, the Hines Asia Pacific Region has expanded to include 194 employees in 15 cities across Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Korea and Singapore, with $4.2bn (€3.5bn) of assets under management.
