The manager of the NOK19.61trn (€1.66trn) Norwegian Government Pension Fund Global said it has acquired the additional interest from Greenwich Hospital in a deal that values the estate at £794m including existing debt.
NBIM initially acquired its majority 58% stake in The Pollen Estate in 2014.
The estate mainly comprises 750,000sqft of office and retail space.
NBIM said the asset management of the estate will continue to be overseen by the board of the Pollen Estate trustee company.
