Montana Board of Investments (BOI) has committed $260m (€224.3m) across three real estate and infrastructure funds managed by Marcus Capital Partners, DRA Advisors and Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP).
The pension fund allocated $50m to Marcus Capital Partners Fund V, a value-add US real estate fund that reached its final close at $850m in March.
A further $50m was committed to DRA Growth & Income Fund XII, a US value-add real estate strategy targeting $2.25bn.
Montana BOI also made a $160m commitment to the Copenhagen Evergreen Credit Fund, managed by CIP.
The CIP fund primarily targets infrastructure debt assets across Europe and North America, alongside selective investments in the Asia-Pacific region.
