Dutch pension provider MN and German pension fund Ärzteversorgung Westfalen-Lippe (ÄVWL) have won the Real Estate and Real Assets & Infrastructure categories, respectively, at the annual IPE Awards in Dublin.
MN, owned by three Dutch pension funds with €129bn in assets, was recognised for the way it managed its €5.3bn real estate portfolio.
THe €129bn institution won the award for Portfolio Construction at the IPE Real Estate Awards in Milan earlier this year.
The €13.2bn ÄVWL, meanwhile, was recognised for its infrastructure portfolio, which represents 16.6% of its total assets.
PensionDanmark received the top accolade, winning best European Pension Fund.
