Marlet Property has secured a €102m loan facility from Cheyne Capital Real Estate for The Shipping Office asset in Ireland’s capital.
Marlet said it has finalised the re-financing facility for the completed commercial development situated in Dublin’s South Docks.
The Shipping Office building offers 16,923sqm of prime office accommodation, 1,185sqm of roof garden, five terraces, 16 basement car parking spaces and 234 bike spaces.
