Spanish insurance group Mapfre and Swiss Life’s French cities office investment fund has added a 7,200sqm asset in Paris to its portfolio.
The co-investment vehicle has acquired the property at 73 Boulevard Haussmann, comprising mainly offices with retail units at ground level.
With the latest transaction, the vehicle created in 2018 has now reached €500m, the companies said.
The insurers Mapfre and Swiss Life also have a pan-European real estate investment vehicle which was created in 2021.
The pan-European co-investment vehicle was seeded with €400m worth of assets in Spain and Italy provided by Mapfre and Swiss Life via its Italian fund.
