Macquarie Capital Principal Finance is investing an undisclosed sum in Matrix Networks Group, a provider of specialist utility infrastructure in the UK.
Macquarie said it will partner with the company to provide growth capital and expertise to expand its operations providing gas, electricity and water installations, as well as connection asset ownership.
