Wohninvest Group has bought a fully-let 8,200sqm light industrial real estate portfolio in Germany from a fund managed by M7 Real Estate for an undisclosed sum.
M7 said it sold the portfolio of four properties on behalf of the M7 European Real Estate Investment Partners (EREIP) IV fund
The properties are situated in Albstadt, Friedrichshafen Bergisch Gladbach and Wildau.
Richard Fletcher, the head of transactions at M7 Real Estate Germany, said M7 acquired the properties in 2018 on behalf of the M7 EREIP IV fund.
“After the successful lease extensions and the resulting increase in the value of the properties, in line with the Fund’s business plan, we decided to sell the portfolio, securing an attractive return for our investors.”
The M7 EREIP IV fund’s assets include multi-let commercial properties in Germany, the Netherlands, Ireland and Scandinavia.
M7 is a co-investor, as well as acting as the fund’s investment and asset manager.
