La Française Real Estate Managers (REM) has acquired the Campus Cyber office building from French developer Altarea for an undisclosed sum.
Campus Cyber is a new 26,500sqm office building located at 5/7 rue Bellini, in the heart of La Défense, a leading business district.
La Française REM, which made the acquisition on behalf of investment vehicles, said the asset is fully leased for a period of 10 years.
