A former private residence, the property was redeveloped for office use in 2021, with more than 1,000sqm over four floors and a basement, complemented by a 100sqm landscaped garden.

The building is fully leased to a major co-living operator in Europe as its headquarters.

Along with the purchase price, the name of the occupier was not disclosed.

Antoine Le Treut, deputy managing director in charge of La Française REM’s institutional division for France, said: “This acquisition illustrates our responsible and selective investment strategy, focused on quality assets that are well located and offer strong long-term value potential.

“This property combines historical heritage with environmental performance in a dynamic Parisian neighbourhood.

“We are delighted to have collaborated with ERAFP on this flagship project.”
