La Française real estate funds have acquired a second UK asset for £15.6m (€17.3m)
The asset manager said its collective real estate investment vehicle, represented by La Française Real Estate Partners International, bought the 17-18 Haywards Place EC1 office asset in London from Pencross Assets.
The warehouse-style building 11,000sqft building is fully let to four tenants.
In April this year, the La Française collective real estate investment vehicle made its debut UK deal with the acquisition of a newly-built office and retail property at 90 Bartholomew Close in London for £48.5m.
David Rendall, CEO of La Française Real Estate Partners International, said: “We are delighted to secure a second property in the UK so quickly after the acquisition of 90 Bartholomew Close in April 2020.”
