Los Angeles Fire and Police Pensions is investing in the Wolff Credit Partners IV fund with a $75m (€64.3m) commitment, as reported by the pension fund in a board meeting document.
The pension fund has placed the investment within its real estate portfolio.
Wolff Company, a multifamily-focused real estate investment firm, is the manager of the fund. The target capital raise for the fund has not been disclosed.
The fund manager completed a $510m capital raise for Credit Partners III with a final close in September 2021.
The investment strategy for the fund series continues to include equity investments in multifamily development projects across the US.
The Wolff Company is an integrated real estate investment firm focused on the development and management of rental communities. Markets it has previously been active in include Atlanta, Denver and Jacksonville.
