Investment and asset manager KGAL has acquired a fully let 14,100sqm office building in Austria’s capital for an unspecified amount.
KGAL, investing on behalf of one of its property funds, said the ViE office building in Vienna has been acquired from CA Immobilien Anlagen.
The ViE building, built in 2018, is located in Erdberg-Sankt Marx in Vienna’s 3rd district.
KGAL’s Austrian asset management business AMÖ was instrumental in the acquisition of the property and will manage the asset.
