Specialist UK financial services firm Just Group has provided a £136m (€153.9m) loan to Oval Real Estate for its portfolio of seven multi-let office properties.
The FTSE-listed company said the three-year loan has been provided to Oval Real Estate for their 705,000sqft Kensington portfolio consisting of assets in London, Reading, Birmingham and Bristol.
The latest deal lifts Just Group’s commercial real estate deployment activity to over £250m the first nine months of 2025, an increase of £150m compared to their total deployment in the full year in 2024.
