A fund managed by JP Morgan Asset Management has acquired a fully-let German office portfolio of 3 properties from Aspen Real Estate Investments.

JP Morgan said the unnamed fund has paid an undisclosed amount to buy the three assets located in Greater Munich, Dusseldorf and Dortmund.

The properties were built between 2008 and 2014, have a total lettable area of 48,000sqm.
