Black Creek Group has formed a $400m industrial real estate partnership with JP Morgan Asset Management.
The Denver-based real estate investment manager said institutional investors advised by JP Morgan have committed to invest the amount of equity into various industrial real estate strategies.
The programs span different investment strategies focused on core, value add and development, Black Creek said.
Black Creek said the commitment may grow over time.
