Italian mall investor Gallerie Commerciali Bennet is investing €50m to acquire two assets in Mazzano and Parma.
Gallerie Bennet said it has added the Shopping Centre Molinetto Brescia and Shopping Centre Eurosia in Parma to its portfolio, increasing the company’s total number of owned malls to 52.
The Shopping Centre Molinetto in Mazzano comprises 46 shops across a gross leasable area (GLA) of 7,369sqm, excluding the hypermarket.
The Shopping Centre Eurosia in Parma has 34 shops with a GLA of 6,559sqm, excluding the hypermarket.
