Amundi Real Estate’s Italian subsidiary has bought a Rome office portfolio for €126m.
Amundi Real Estate Italia SGR is buying the Tolentini portfolio from Banca Nazionale del Lavoro.
The five properties are located between Via di San Basilio, Salita di San Nicola da Tolentino, Via San Nicola da Tolentino and Via del Basilico.
Completion of the deal is expected in the first half of this year.
The 19.000sqm complex is leased to private and public firms.
The acquisition follows the purchase in December of a central Rome office near Via Vittorio Veneto.
