Invesco Real Estate has acquired a grade-A logistics facility at Midlands Logistics Park in Corby on behalf of a German separate account mandate.

Fully leased to UK-based Europa Worldwide Group, Europa Park Corby comprises a national distribution warehouse built in 2020. The energy-efficient unit extends to 526,736sqft. The acquisition price was not disclosed.

The site is located in one of the UK’s largest logistics and warehousing clusters, with connectivity and direct access to national distribution routes.

Europa Worldwide Group is a privately owned transport and logistics company with more than 1,300 people across 29 international sites and a presence in over 160 countries worldwide.

The acquisition of the Europa Park Corby facility follows a number of transactions in the European logistics sector for Invesco Real Estate. The manager said strong e-commerce growth, supply-chain reconfiguration and ESG alignment continue to support the sector’s relative attractiveness compared to other real estate sectors and should result in continued demand in 2026.

Marco Zanandrea, director of investments for the UK and Nordics at Invesco Real Estate, said: “The East Midlands has firmly established itself as a key strategic hub for third-party logistics and we have strong conviction in its continued growth over the coming years. Europa Park presents a rare opportunity to acquire a high-quality, long-leased asset at an attractive entry basis, delivering day one accretive cash-on-cash returns alongside a compelling long term reversionary profile.”
