Euronext Brussels-listed real estate developer Immobel has sold its flagship The Muse office building in Brussels to Easternmed Real Estate Capital for €100m.
The 10,500sqm asset at Rue d’Arlon 75 in Brussels’ European Quarter was recently developed by Immobel on behalf of the Immobel Belux Office Development Fund.
The Muse is let to the European Defence Agency (EDA) on a 15-year lease.
Immobel said the disposal comprises Easternmed buying the shares in The Muse’s holding company, while Vdk bank is taking over the receivables due from the EDA for its specific office fit-out costs.
