Harvest Properties have paid close to $100m (€91.9m) to buy a San Francisco office building.

According to sources, Harvest Properties, with Acore Capital as lender, has bought the asset at 274 Brannan Street from CIM Group which acquired the property for $71m in 2016.

The deal is one of a few significant office building sales that have closed in San Francisco since the outbreak of COVID-19 as most have been put on hold, a source said.

The 105,800sqft 274 Brannan asset, which is currently 95% let, was first put up for sale in September 2018 but a deal with an unnamed Asian investor fell through.

Acore Capital and Harvest did not respond to a request for comment. Listing agent JLL declined a request for comment.

A previous version of this story incorrectly referred to Acore Capital as a joint buyer of the 274 Brannan Street asset.
