Harrison Street Real Estate Capital is seeking to raise €1.5bn for its fourth European alternative real estate fund, according to an SEC filing.
Harrison Street’s fundraising target for Harrison Street European Property Partners IV exceeds the €800m the manager raised at the close of the predecessor fund back in February last year.
Harrison Street said at the time that Fund III, which had then already committed 75% of its capital, had a portfolio that included life sciences assets in the UK as well as build-to-rent and student accommodation in the UK, Ireland and Spain.
Harrison Street declined a request for comment.
