Global asset manager Guggenheim Investments is investing $600m (€494m), on behalf of its clients, in a US industrial real estate investment partnership with ElmTree Funds.

ElmTree said as part of the partnership it will invest in industrial real estate assets tied to the e-commerce, last-mile, and logistics sectors.

James Koman, CEO and founder of ElmTree Funds, said: “This strategic partnership provides fresh capital to continue investing in mission critical assets that are in high demand across the country while generating steady, long-term cash flow.”
