Globalworth has expanded its Polish office portfolio with the acquisition of two buildings worth €170m.

Globalworth said the 38-storey Warsaw Trade Tower, which offers a gross leasable area (GLA) of 45,400 sqm, was acquired for €133m and the Rondo Business Park was acquired for €37m. The building offers a gross leasable area of almost 17,800 sqm across three buildings.

The properties are multi-tenanted

Globalworth said the acquisition of the Warsaw Trade Tower in Warsaw and Rondo Business Park in Krakow increases the company’s Polish portfolio to almost 500,000sqm of gross leasable space in office and mixed-use properties.

Dimitris Raptis, deputy CEO and CIO of Globalworth Group and CEO of Globalworth Poland, said: “”We are very pleased to be increasing our office presence in Krakow to over 100,000sqm, given the backdrop of strong occupier demand arising from its position as the largest business services centre in Poland and one of the largest in Europe.”
